WHAT TO TAKE
REQUIRED
Adequate riding gear (or riding clothing). For example:
- Riding pants
- Helmet (we provide helmets, but if you’d like bring your own you can)
- Riding gloves (recommended)
- Riding boots or hard-soled shoes
RECOMMENDED/ ADDITIONAL
Long sleeved shirt
Sweatshirts or sweaters
Light Jacket
Heavy jacket (especially in early spring and fall)
Shorts
Swimwear for the hot tub and lake
Camera
Sandals or other light shoes (slippers; crocs) for going to hot tubs and for lounging at night
Hiking Shoes (if you feel your riding boots don’t offer enough support/traction)
Sunglasses
Prescription glasses, as necessary
Sunscreen
Insect repellant (April through July, but repellant is not completely necessary)
Wool socks
Mittens or gloves for around the fire at night (Spring and Autumn riding)
Campfire clothing
Notebook
Pens
Books/puzzles for on the plane
Headphones
Cell charger wire (with USB connection on one end is best.)
Plane tickets
Passport
North American plug-in adapter (for our European guests)
Travel insurance documents (have the wallet-sized card on your person when riding.)
Beanie hat
Knee braces, if necessary
Personal medications
